Our dynamic value-add investment strategy is focused on two types of land acquisition opportunities: Retail and Multi-Family.

Retail

We are aggressively seeking land acquisition opportunities throughout the country with the following property and investment characteristics: • 1 to 15 acre commercial parcels

  • Traffic Counts in Excess of 20,000 VPD
  • Acquisition size $1M to $20M
  • Target Markets: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Florida
  • Corner locations at signalized intersections or T-intersections
  • Trade area population in excess of 20,000

Multi-Family

We are aggressively seeking multi-family land acquisition opportunities with the following property and investment characteristics:

  • Land suitable for multi-family development
  • Site Parameters: Transit-oriented, urban infill, or rural properties
  • Property size: 1 acre or larger
  • Density: 75 units or greater
  • Value-added opportunities: Properties with upside potential through repositioning, change of use, rehabilitation, or redevelopment
